StagerAI — Generative AI Interior Staging & Image Inpainting

StagerAI is a proprietary AI product developed by GH Company for virtual interior staging and image inpainting. Driven by Vision-LLM room analysis and FLUX.1 Fill or Imagen 3 engines, it transforms vacant real estate photos into fully furnished spaces through a deterministic five-stage FastAPI backend pipeline.

StagerAI is a proprietary product developed by GH Company, designed to deliver virtual interior staging and generative image inpainting for real estate photography. By combining vision-LLM room analysis with advanced image inpainting models, the platform seamlessly transforms vacant or outdated interior captures into fully furnished spaces.

The Need for Smart Interior Staging

Real estate marketing often struggles with presenting the full potential of vacant, bare, or outdated properties. Physical staging requires significant time and financial investment. StagerAI addresses this challenge by providing an automated, AI-driven virtual staging tool that allows users to re-imagine spaces in various interior design styles rapidly and efficiently.

Core Features of StagerAI

GH Company built StagerAI with a comprehensive suite of generative AI and image processing features accessible through an intuitive interface and robust API:

  • Structured room analysis powered by Gemini 3.5 Flash Vision-LLM returning clean JSON output.
  • Dual inpainting engines featuring FLUX.1 Fill and Vertex AI Imagen 3 with automated fallback handling.
  • A five-stage deterministic processing pipeline ensuring EXIF-safe image normalization and precision.
  • Gaussian mask feathering on alpha channels for natural lighting and seamless color-space blending.
  • Multiple interior design preset styles including Scandinavian, Warm neutral, Modern Luxury, Japandi, Minimalist, and Industrial.
  • FastAPI backend architecture with Pydantic v2 validation contracts and interactive Swagger documentation.
  • Client snippets in Python, Curl, and React for easy API integration.
  • Scalable pricing tiers ranging from free evaluation to 2048px Studio output and self-hosted Enterprise options.

Workflow and the Five-Stage Pipeline

Every generation request in StagerAI runs through an auditable, five-stage deterministic pipeline to guarantee consistent results:

First, the system reads EXIF metadata and normalizes resolution using OpenCV and PIL. Second, Vision-LLM room analysis is performed via Gemini 3.5 Flash to extract room attributes into structured JSON. Third, a Gaussian blur kernel is applied to the alpha mask to feather edges. Fourth, the FLUX.1 Fill inpainting model API executes the generative rendering, with fallback to Imagen 3. Finally, the system performs color-space blending to output the staged interior.

Technical Specs and API Integration

The platform backend relies on Python FastAPI and Pydantic v2 contracts. Imaging pipelines are built using PyTorch, OpenCV, and PIL. The service exposes dedicated REST endpoints including POST /api/v1/analyze-room, POST /api/v1/process-mask, and POST /api/v1/inpaint-staging, accompanied by OpenAPI client documentation inside an interactive Swagger drawer.
